Since we are an independent company from your physician and facility, we bill separately for our professional services. We submitted a claim to your insurance company billed from us. Our charges are covered by insurance most of the time. After you receive an Explanation of Benefits from your insurance company, you may see an amount for patient responsibility, related to a co-pay or deductible. This statement reflects the amount indicated as patient responsibility from your insurance company. Also, some insurance companies choose to send payment for our services directly to you..
